Our suite of assessment tools can be used by business leaders, managers, recruiters or other human resources professionals to better understand themselves, current employees, or candidates. Our certified consultants provide interpretation and counsel to uncover the insight needed to determine appropriate next steps.
Many of our sciences can be combined into a single assessment. One of our consultants can help you select the science, or combination of sciences, to produce an assessment tool that best meets your needs.
Our assessments have been developed through the extensive research of Target Training International. This same research has been the foundation for companies such as eHarmony®, and has pioneered the assessment industry.

TTI Success Insights® DISC
DISC is the most widely used behavioral assessment tool, measuring four behavioral styles: dominance, influence, steadiness and compliance. DISC measures how a person behaves.
Commonly used for: Talent selection, improving teamwork, and understanding communication styles.
Several different versions of this assessment are available including coaching feedback for: Management-Staff, Executives, Sales Professionals and Customer Service. A special team version is also available for intact work or leadership teams.

12 Driving Forces®
12 Driving Forces® (Motivators) unlocks the why behind an individual’s actions, providing insight into “values” for an individual, a team, or an entire organization. This assessment is available in both individual and team versions.
Commonly used for: Improving employee engagement, and determining job and culture fit.

TTI DNA® 25 (Competencies)
This assessment reveals an individual’s soft skills – which ones are well developed and which ones may need further development. Soft skills are personal skills that are often transferable to different jobs. For many jobs, personal skills are as important as technical skills in producing superior performance.
This is available as a stand-alone assessment or can be combined into TriMetrix® DNA.
Commonly used for: Career path planning and for individual and team development.

TTI Acumen Capacity Index
The Acumen Capacity Index report is designed to help an individual truly understand themselves, how they analyze and interpret their experiences. A person’s acumen, keenness and depth of perception or discernment, is directly related to their level of performance. The stronger a person’s acumen, the more aware they are of their reality in both their external and internal world.
Commonly used for: Executive coaching and development, talent selection for senior levels, and key organizational roles.
This report is available as a stand-alone report or can be combined into a TriMetrix® ACI or TriMetrix® HD report.

Emotional Quotient™ (EQ)
The EQ assessment accurately measures a person’s emotional intelligence, which is the ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power of overall emotional well-being to facilitate higher levels of collaboration and productivity.
This report is available as a stand-alone report or can be combined into a TriMetrix® EQ report.
Commonly used for: Develop leaders, engage teams, coach and in succession planning.

TTI Talent Insights™
Combining both behaviors (DISC) and 12 Driving Forces (motivators), Talent Insights explains the how and why behind a person’s actions. Understand behaviors individuals bring to a team while uncovering motivators behind those behaviors. Get to know individual employees or capture a snapshot of the entire team.
Commonly used to: engage employees, coach leaders, build better communication and to select the right team members for the right positions.

TriMetrix® DNA
TriMetrix® DNA describes how people behave, why they behave that way, and what the process is behind their decision-making. It also reveals soft skills they’ve mastered. TTI TriMetrix® DNA examines the behaviors individuals bring to the job, the motivators/driving forces that drive them and the ability to demonstrate the competencies required by the job.
Commonly used to: Develop talent effectively for leadership and for high potential team members, also for job fit evaluation.

TTI TriMetrix® ACI measures how people think and make decisions; evaluating the intrinsic, extrinsic, and systemic capacity of the individual. TriMetrix® ACI combines behaviors, driving forces, and acumen.

TriMetrix® EQ
TTI TriMetrix® EQ examines the behaviors individuals bring to the job, the driving forces that drive them, and an understanding of their own emotional intelligence. Stress Quotient
The Stress Quotient assessment measures workplace stress in seven index factors, revealing how stress affects the overall health, productivity and morale of both individuals and the teams.
A leadership version of the Stress Quotient is also available to help gauge a leader’s stress level and their stress triggers.
Commonly used to: Identify root causes of stress, facilitate conversations to begin creating a plan that addresses the causes and to help improve employee performance and productivity.
